Here's why, no matter what you do in this life there is usually someone out there that is alot better at it than you. You could learn yourself untill you get good enough to beat them or you could learn from them gain all the knowledge in less than half the time and beat them at their own game.
This can be related to forums, for an example I will use someone who wants to succed in an internet home business. We will call him John, John has just got his webpage promoting a product or service John doesn't know where to start. So he starts researching, he finds all the info he needs after a few months and applies it. After a few years John is making some money but nothing serious, he knows it will take him a few more years to be successful. Lets take the alternate path john starts his product or service and joins a forum relating to it, he asks people questions only to come back the next day to find they are answered. After a couple of months john is making a bit of money, after a few years he makes a full time income.
My point is it increases your learning curve dramatically, hence this accelerates your growth exponentially. Let me explain further from a more practical point of view, say we want to promote an affiliate service like plug in profit program. Internet affiliate or marketer whatever program you are promoting it is wise to sign up for an account with a free traffic generation system, however DO NOT spend to much time on this as it is not quality traffic. The only real way this system works is if someone is new to affiliate marketing and they go for just about any offer, otherwise it is hard to recruit or make sales from this system.
When it comes to targeted traffic such as promoting in a certain genre you would use a forum posting system on topics related to your product or service. So say you are promoting digital cameras, Go to whatever search engine you deem appropriate and type e.g. digital products forum, electronics forum, best digital cameras forum and so on. This strategy helps you bring in targeted traffic and also helps you get listed in the search engines, this is because of the link pointing back to your site.
Ad words is a hard program to use without loosing more money than you make from this system. Unless you have a lot of money don't use this system at least until you make a few sales or develop a down line. If you do decide to use it with little money go for low targeted keywords. HOME BUSINESS is a keyword that has way to much competition and is pretty much pointless to use this as a keyword instead choose things like proven money system etc. If you don't know how to make an ad words account just go to Google, create an account and it will be one of your options in your control panel. If this does not explain the system just look it up in search type: free ad words info.
Paid traffic is another general traffic, it is not targeted at any specific group of people. Someone could be looking up pet supplies and a popup will be behind that site on how to generate an income from home which may intrigue about 0.1%. If you are reading this article there is a big chance that you are part of the 95% the good news is you don’t have to be. The problem is that most people don’t PAY ATTENTION, let me explain when you surf the web you click on sites that catch your eye. Even when you surf for credits when you come across a site you like you may opt in for their email newsletter. Now this is were you should be paying attention what was it that made you click that link, opt in for the newsletter or even Join Up.
Take note of what phrases they used what message they portrayed to get you interested, then create your own slogan or cover letter portraying the same message but written differently. Doing this will help you become a better marketer and create better add for whatever purpose you need it for opt in list, ezine ads, articles, cover pages etc.
It is almost impossible to market something unless you offering a free product, special offer, free email course or various other offers. Were most people seem to fail is getting at their target market, such as internet marketers or people already searching for a product to buy. Trying to covert internet marketers into your down line for Any System is extremely hard. The reason for this is that they most likely already have a system that they are promoting and have this hands full so to speak. When marketing try targeting a different market other than internet marketers, this would include people new to internet marketing or looking for an opportunity that really work with testimonies or a free trial and other I’m not going to list. This sort of thing applies in ad words in a way this is something you will have to think about for yourself.
Another marketing technique is to relate to your customers or potential downlink members slogans such as I was a broke loser sound familiar… I tried this technique now I earn 2000+ a day. This was a good marketing strategy but has been overused and a lot of people have seen it and now that a lot of people do actually make that much money. Letting people know how easy the system is and a brief honest overview of how it works and why it will work for them usually does the trick. Making things sound to good to be true doesn’t usually work as a lot of people are not easily convinced.
Say you actually have people in your down line but it is not really going anywhere, this problem has a simple solution but will also take a little work on your part. Get in contact with them and I don’t mean by and awkward phone call email is fine. When you speak to them tell them one of the things that help you build your down line at the end of the email say If this helped you or you need more assistance please don’t hesitate to contact me at example@emailsite.com. Helping them succeed is the best possible thing you can do, sure your giving away free information that may have taken you years to learn. The point of this is by helping them succeed you are improving your down lines success rate ultimately increasing your own success.
